泉州友福船舶服务有限责任公司位于福建湄洲湾南岸泉港石化园区，友福船舶服务有限公司（U-FRIEND SHIPPING SERVICE CO.,LTD）成立于2010年，是福建省首家通过国家二级船舶污染清除资质的单位，为福建省国际货物运输代理协会理事单位，可为来港船舶提供污染清除协议签约及应急待命服务。
